Dr. Grogan's journey has taken her from the classrooms of the Toronto Catholic School board to the lush landscapes of Dominica in the West Indies, where she conducted groundbreaking doctoral research on professionalism. Her passion for education and leadership knows no bounds.
But that's not all. Dr. Grogan is a founding board member of the Jean Augustine Centre for Girls and Women Empowerment, demonstrating her commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders. She's also lent her expertise as a former board member for the Gatehouse in Etobicoke, furthering her dedication to making a difference in her community.
Dr. Grogan's impact extends beyond her roles as an educator and leader. She's an anti-racism facilitator, working tirelessly to address one of society's most pressing issues. And, as a part-time professor at George Brown College, she imparts her knowledge to the next generation of business leaders.
