Andy is a multi-faceted individual, serving as an educator, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. He excels as a supply teacher across various grade levels and manages rental properties. 

Additionally, he is the owner and operator of FryWay, a growing food truck business with two locations. Andy and his wife are currently constructing an urban farm, aiming to educate people on sustainable living and self-sufficient food production. 

With an M.Ed. and a thesis focused on outdoor experiential education, Andy is deeply passionate about sustainability, the environment, and education. His future aspirations include expanding and franchising FryWay throughout Canada.
